Nicholas S. Condodina's Obituary
Nicholas Scott Condodina, age 48, resident of Riverton, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 21, 2020. Nick was born in Broomall, PA , son of the late Arthur Condodina and Alice (Walton) Condodina.
Beloved husband of Becky Condodina(nee Hutchinson), of 14 years, and devoted father to Casey and Dean, as well as his fur babies Effie, Ike, and Trixie. Nick is survived by his siblings Dean Condodina(Cynthia), Art Condodina(Jen), Steve Condodina, and Andrea Wynn(Mark); his mother-in-law Holly Hutchinson, brother-in-law Lee Hutchinson, his nieces and nephews Annie, Cara, Lily, Finn, and Jack, as well as his many aunts and uncles.
Nick graduated from University of Delaware in 1994 with a Communications degree. Vowing to never sit behind a desk, he followed his dreams of owning a company and successfully started Crosshatch Audio Visual in 2004. His main clients included pharmaceutical and financial companies to which he supplied and ran the audio-visual portion of large meetings and conferences.
Nick ran track in high school and college and his main event was the 400m. He ran the 400m as part of Cardinal O’Hara’s Distance Medley Relay (DMR) which was nationally ranked in his senior year. At University of Delaware, he was an IC4A qualifier in the 400m.
Nick was an avid sports and music fan. He was a season ticket holder for both the Phillies and Eagles, but particularly loved the E-A-G-L-E-S. His love and knowledge of music was undeniable. He loved to attend concerts of all sizes, and had a vast knowledge of an array of bands and music genres.
His love of life and light-hearted attitude was felt by everyone with whom he came in contact. He was one of those people whom when you heard his name, you always smiled. Most importantly, Nick was passionate about being a devoted husband and father. Family was always number one and it showed through his actions of seizing every opportunity to provide lasting memories for his wife and children. He will be missed by so many.
A viewing for Nicholas Condodina will be held at Givnish of Cinnaminson Route 130 N., Cinnaminson, NJ 08077 on Wednesday October 28, 2020 from 6-8pm; again on Thursday October 29, 2020 from 9-9:45am at the funeral home. A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday October 29, 2020 at Sacred Heart Church 103 4th St., Riverton, NJ 08077 beginning at 10:30am.
