Richard, our oldest cousin, has always been strong, silent,hard working, dependable, reliable, and very family oriented. In the 70 plus years I have known him he never drank a drop of alcohol and never smoked. I have never heard him curse, speak ill of anyone, argue or or spread gossip. He was devoted to his wife and family and enjoyed the simple things of life, in particular his cars and automobile races on TV. He was obviously a person who was much loved and admired by all who knew him and was a person who we all tried to emulate because of the example he set. He will be sorely missed! May God bless him, his devoted wife, Evelyn, daughters Kathy and Karen and their extended families.

Uncle Rich always had a kind word for everyone and a great sense of humor. He really cared about others and showed it with his actions. My life is better for having spent time with him. He set a great example. We'll miss him, but we'll see him again in heaven.
I loved coming to the house and spending time with Rich and the family. He would tell stories of when he worked on the ice truck, going to the shore, and nicknames he would give ppl. I was proud to be named no needles by rich. What a wonderful person. I feel so lucky to have known him.
