Richard R. Millilo, January 30, 1942- June 4, 2014. Beloved Husband of wife, Patricia M. (nee Conrad) of 51 years, would have celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on June 23, 2014. Devoted son of the late Gaetano Millilo and Theresa Vinci. Dear brother of Gaetan Millilo and Marie Medici. Adored father of Donna (James Newsome), Rick (Kim McBride), Steven (Mimi Echenique) David (Meredith DelBuono) and the late Linda. Doting PopPop of Kaitlin, Ashley, Madison and Tristan. As a 52 year resident of Cinnaminson, Richard worked in many facets of the clothing industry both private and public sector. After leaving the private industry, he worked for the Department of Defense (DLA) for 22 years where her retired in 2008. Immediately after his retirement, he began working with Source America (Formally NISH), a non-profit agency that provides training and employment opportunities for people with severe disabilities. An active, longtime member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Riverton, NJ, some of his favorite past times were annual family vacations to Walt Disney World, traveling around the world with his loving wife (most recently Africa for their 50th wedding anniversary), longtime coach for Cinnaminson Police Athletic League, playing cards, and spending quality time with his family for dinners and celebrations.
His kind spirit will be greatly missed by family and friends, yet will live on with the lives he has touched.
Friends and relatives are invited to Richard’s Life Celebration on Monday June 9th from 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 Sacred Heart Church of Riverton on 4th and Linden streets.
