I moved into Newton's Landing a year ago after my husband's death and am still getting acclimated to my new surroundings. I had met Liz at the Clubhouse playing dominoes, but I only met Rich once and that was at my first Bunco Night at the clubhouse. Rich and Liz were so kind to me, making me feel welcomed and guiding me through the evening. Rich was so easy to talk to and made me feel like one of the Newton's Landing clan. My

I worked with Rich since back at the URL/Mutual company n many other companies that we went through, till he retired. He was always smiling, loved talking about his Philly teams, his family, Liz & daughters, and grandchildren- his desk was full of pictures of them. I have so many memories of him, his smile, laughter, what a great guy. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and many friends. RIP till we meet again

Rich Ritting was a true GENTLEman—a rare breed in these times of crassness, meanness, anger and ego. We had the utmost respect for the beautiful soul he possessed. Never have we seen him in a dark mood or depressed; heard him speak unkindly of another or gossip; or complain about any health issue, problem, annoyance, or inconvenience that may have come his way. Richie was the most caring, compassionate, kind, generous, and sensitive man. He always had a welcoming smile on his handsome face and was always ready to respond to an amusing story or observation with his signature laugh and chuckle. His devotion to his beloved daughters, grandchildren, lovely life partner, and extended family was unsurpassed. His passing leaves an unfathomable void in all our lives.
