Bob had a sense of humor and delivery that was all his own. Any time we were together it was sure to have some shenanegans. He had an infectious laugh you couldn't resist to join in.
A montage of experiences with Bob- as children: creepy crawlies and spook shows in the McDowell basement and charged the neighborhood kids to come through, back yard camp outs , camp Ockanikon, Indian Guides, catching turtles, frogs, snakes at the creek, sledding at Lake view. As teens: The Shack, The Hole, bright ideas like camping in the mountains in January, partying in the pines , canoe trips. As young adults: crabbing at Beaver dam, Bob, Dave and Dan's trip to Jamaica ( laughter) , scuba diving on a wreck in st thomas , but a tropical depression came, the boat capsized and we strattled on the overturned hull until a plane spotted us and tipped its wing that they would send rescue.... Everyone's weddings,, The family backyard pig roast, tug-of-war over the mud pit, volley ball..Bob, my friend,, its been a great honor to be your friend all these years, and lifetime of experiences that are treasured and relived with great joy, and that you were great part of it. Rest in peace my brother. Love Dave and Marianne
