Dear Cass, Katie, Anna Blair, Abbey and Court, Carrie, Quinn, Ellie,
It made me sad to hear of your dear Grandmother Ruth “Nan’s” passing. She was a very special lady who I enjoyed talking and socializing with during fun birthday visits.
I remember Ruth was always so gracious and enjoyed partying right along with everyone else. She “fit right in” and “went with the flow” of things. She was so easy to talk with and had that special ability to be “a good listener” showing great interest in my life. That can be rare these days. I feel blessed having known Ruth even for a brief time. Talking with her was like talking with my mother and it seemed I had known her for a very long time. We made special memories together by just simply chatting. I’m certain she richly touched the lives of others too. I think of Ruth as being one of our finest of the “greatest generation” to pass on to a better life! She experienced much during her 99 years. Please know my thoughts are with ALL of you as you grieve, reflect and celebrate her life.
Sending much love, admiration and wonderful memories of a lovely lady .....
Aunt Brenda from Virginia
