Scott Mitchel Portner passed away peacefully of cancer on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees with his wife and children by his side. Scott was 57 years old. Born in Philadelphia, he grew up in Cherry Hill a Read Obituary
Very sorry to hear of Scott’s passing. I have fond memories of working with Scott at the YP. He always had my back with a sincere smile on. We were so lucky to reunite with Scott and family during MYAA Football Times. Our prayers are with you Always. God Bless.
Scott is one of the most altruist people I've ever known. He was made of good and i'm so lucky to have had him in my life.
My fondest childhood memories were formed by my friendship with Scott. Almost everyday after leaving Joyce Kilmer elementary school, we played outside until it became dark. When we attended different middle schools, our lives took us in separate directions. It is possible to touch another’s life in the beginning of one’s life, as Scott did mine. May his memory be for a blessing.

So sorry to hear of Scott's passing. He was a wonderful neighbor. I always said Lori and Scott were some of the nicest people I have ever met, and all three kids followed right in their footsteps. I feel honored I was able to know Scott.
All of us at Corporate Interiors admired and appreciated Scott's guidance and assistance through this "journey" of the furniture world....his shared understanding and sensibility helped us build a successful business. He was our better known and loved representatives. His smile was contagious and his presences was always known by the chatter and excitement that surrounded him on his visits. From all of his friends at CI we like to send our deepest sympathy and our shared sadness of his passing.
It was always great to see Scott - he always had a ready smile. I enjoyed working with him as our Global Rep for years. I was very sorry to hear of his passing and he will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies to his family.
