Shirley Renne's Obituary
Shirley Renne (nee Baker) passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at her residence in Maple Shade, NJ with her adoring granddaughter by her side. Born in Pittsburgh, PA to Elwood and Leona Baker, Shirley was 97 years old. She was a resident of Maple Shade, NJ since 1973 and formerly lived in Collingswood, NJ
Shirley is predeceased by her two daughters Robin Lyons and Wendy Earle and her sister May Harrington.
Shirley is the loving Nana to Marci J. (Michael) Simon and Michael J. (Jennifer) Lyons.
Great grandmother of Michael D. Simon; Kaitelyn, James, and Basil Miller; Jacob Heck and Luke Lyons.
Shirley is also surviving are her sister Julie Gill and several nieces and nephews.
Shirley was a Public Relations employee for over 60 years with Pepsi Cola Bottling Company in Pennsauken, NJ. Shirley was a gifted seamstress and enjoyed making matching outfits for Robin and Wendy well into their adulthood. She had a true talent for interior design and loved creating and being surrounded by beautiful things. A former Mrs. New Jersey, she used this platform to teach grace and etiquette to young women throughout NJ.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, April 13th, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
