Thomas A. Shea's Obituary
Thomas A. Shea, age 49, passed away suddenly on March 14, 2025, in Stafford Township, NJ. Born in Willingboro, NJ, to Thomas H. and Andrea L. Shea, Tom was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
A resident of Cinnaminson, NJ, since 2002, Tom grew up in Pennsauken, NJ. He dedicated 28 years to his career as a truck driver and was employed by JB Hunt in Croydon, PA. Known for his dedication and work ethic, Tom found great satisfaction in his occupation.
Tom was the loving husband of 19 years to Lisa Y. Shea and the devoted father of Thomas J. and Andrew J. Shea. He was the cherished son of Thomas H. and Andrea L. Shea and a supportive brother to Brian Shea. As a member of his extended family, he was a dear son-in-law to Kwong Chan Soo and Choy Lun Soo, and a thoughtful brother-in-law to Thomas T. Soo (wife Hui Yin), Maria Soo, and Theodore T. Soo (wife Tara). Tom’s warmth and kindness will also be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Beyond his dedication to his career, Tom found joy in gardening, nurturing both his plants and his family with the same care and attention. His gentle spirit and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to gather this Friday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, Cinnaminson, NJ. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon, with entombment at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tom’s memory to a charity of one’s choice. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.
