Thomas V. Swietanski Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas V. Swietanski Sr., a resident of Hainesport for 17 years, passed away after a courageous 3-year fight against pancreatic cancer Wednesday morning, April 30, 2014. He was 71 years old.
Tom was the beloved husband of Carolyn M. (nee Reed) for 48 years. Loving father of Thomas V. Jr. Of Sewell and Michael W. (Deborah) of Mount Royal, dear grandfather of Ryan, Lila, and Mallory.
Tom worked for Provident Bank in Philadelphia for 25 years, retiring in 1998 as an Assistant Vice President. He also spent many years coaching baseball for Cinnaminson PAL in the 1980s. He enjoyed caring for his lawn, gardening and vacationing with his loving wife.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Tom’s life celebration and visitation on Friday, May 2, from 12 pm – 1 pm at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Rte. 130 N. His prayer service will begin at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, 1300 Rte. 130 N., Cinnaminson. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom’s name may be made to your favorite charity.
