I knew Walt since high school. He was a great husband, a great father, a great friend and neighbor. He is missed.
I am so sorry for your loss. My most sincere and deepest condolence. I have long profited from having known Walt, although a year behind him at HC. I
admired his confidence, and his enduring positive outlook. His stature was
not what made him significant to me, it was his character. The world has
benefitted having Walter in it. He will be missed and left us with a life to
emulate. He is a giant of a man to live-up to.
